Amy is tireless, and we often got detailed answers and thoughtful advice back from her in no time at all. She is there for you as much or as little as you need, and even when you are out at open houses without her you always feel she is just a text or an email away. She doesn't do anything half way, always follows up, and she explains new things in a straightforward fashion that allows even folks looking at homes for the first time (like us) to grasp the important concepts quickly. By the time we spotted the house we eventually purchased, Amy had turned us into a lean, house-hunting team! All throughout the bidding and closing process she was front and center, making our offers as attractive to sellers as possible while keeping our feet on the ground. Amy is both warm and professional, and it was clear when we mentioned her name at open houses that she is well-respected by her peers. One of Amy's talents is being able to identify potential issues with a property and provide solid advice on the likely time and cost needed to address them. This was very valuable in determining which houses were worth dreaming about and which ones would be too much trouble. Without giving away all her secrets, we're convinced we got our perfect home because of Amy's unique skill set, her ability to read all the players, and to bring her seasoned approach to bear in achieving everyone's goals together on both sides of the table. Buying a first home can be scary, but Amy made it a truly enjoyable experience.
